Zero-Merge does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data.

• No User Accounts: You do not need to register or create an account to use the Application.
• No Personal Data: We do not collect personal identifiers, device IDs, location data, or contact details.
• Local Storage Only: Your high scores, sound preferences, and language settings are stored locally on your own device using browser standard localStorage (Capacitor storage). This data never leaves your device and is not sent to any external servers.

2. Does the Application Collect Precise Real-Time Location Information?

No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

3. Do Third Parties See and/or Have Access to Information Obtained by the Application?

No. Since no data is collected, no information is shared with third parties.

4. Children's Privacy

We do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The Application is completely safe for children of all ages as it is an educational physics-math game containing no ads, no tracking, and no data collection.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by updating this page within the Application or on our hosted website.

本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイルデバイス用ソフトウェアアプリケーション「Zero-Merge」（以下「本アプリケーション」）の利用における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリケーションは物理演算を用いた数学パズルゲームです。

本アプリケーションが端末の現在位置情報を取得することはありません。

本アプリケーションは年齢を問わず安心してご利用いただけます。広告表示、トラッキング、データ収集を一切行わないため、13歳未満のお子様にも安全に遊んでいただけます。
